How it works
Ladbrokes runs its general knowledge quiz once a week, on Saturday evenings, with participation completely free. You’ll be able to access it through the ‘Live Casino’ section of their website.
The Showdown is a multiple-choice quiz with 10 questions, and you’ll be up against the clock. Answering each question correctly means you’ll progress to the next. The full game lasts around 15 minutes.
You can expect a broad range of questions, covering various topics – so it’s worth taking part no matter what your specialist subject is.
When you reach the end of the quiz and then answer the 10th question correctly, you’ll earn a guaranteed share of the £500 prize pot.

The terms and conditions for this promo are pretty straightforward and relaxed.
The quiz kicks off at 19:00 UK time on the dot each Saturday evening, finishing on 20 January 2024, so make sure you’re logged on in good time and ready to go.
In terms of eligibility, the Trivia Showdown promo is open to all players aged 18 or over who hold a verified Ladbrokes account, and can view the promo under the ‘Promotions’ tab.
European players are welcome to take part too, with the currency conversion rate being 1 GBP to 1 EUR. A list of restricted countries can be found on Ladbrokes’ site.
The £500 prize pool is to be split evenly between all qualifying players (everyone with full marks), so your slice may not be huge, but it is guaranteed.
