Yay Bingo

No longer promoted

Yay Bingo is a bright, cheerful and well-rounded site with plenty to offer players, especially newcomers. It features around 500 slots and an interesting range of bingo rooms, all presented in a clean and functional layout.

But, best of all, there are no wagering requirements attached to any Yay Bingo bonuses!

Yay Bingo is no longer actively promoted by No Wagering, probably due to them not having any relevant offers or promotions with low wagering requirements. This page should be considered out of date and no longer valid.

Since its 2018 launch, Yay Bingo has set itself apart from the crowd, partly by offering some great bonuses, but also with the aesthetic of the site itself, which is very accessible. If I were new to the world of online bingo, Yay Bingo is probably where I’d begin.

Landing on the homepage, it’s impossible not to be struck by its big, bright, bold splashes of colour. Once logged in and browsing, the site is very clean and functional—playful but not too busy—and it quickly becomes clear that the underlying software is sound.

Yay Bingo is part of the Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited family, along with popular sites such as 888 Bingo and many, many more.

Whilst its focus is obviously on bingo, the slot section of Yay Bingo’s site offers just shy of 500 different games, including a few old favourites. The range of games on offer strikes a healthy balance of beloved classics and newer releases for those who want to try something different.

In terms of bingo, the site features 16 rooms, including 4 free rooms and a range of 90-ball, 75-bass and 52-ball games with guaranteed and mystery jackpots.

But, arguably, the highlight of Yay Bingo is its promotion policy. I was very pleased to see, stated plainly in the FAQ section, that “there are NO wagering requirements at this site”. With daily offers, generous welcome bonuses and all winnings paid straight out in cash, I found Yay Bingo’s to be some of the more enticing promos around.

It’s easy to see why Yay Bingo has been steadily growing in popularity over the past few years—it offers great promos, a range of games for players with all kinds of budgets, and the site itself is pleasant to use.

Platform & Software

Yay Bingo runs on Dragonfish software, so you know it’s built on solid foundations, and that there shouldn’t be any issues with bugs and glitches. Dragonfish are seasoned professionals in the world of bingo software development, and Yay Bingo’s site feels familiar for this reason.

Exploring the slots page, I found a range of new and old games from various developers including EyeCon, NetEnt, Microgaming and several other big players, so fans will likely be able to find something familiar.

The general layout is slick, opting for a scroll-down format and drop-down menus, most of which adhere to Yay Bingo’s signature bright pink and purple colour scheme.

As part of a big family of casino sites, Yay Bingo is a sister site of Quality Bingo, Blighty Bingo, and the hugely popular 888 Bingo, as well as more than 200 others. These guys really know what they’re doing!

In terms of mobile compatibility, Yay Bingo does not offer a dedicated app, but instead has a very well-optimised mobile browser version of its site, which I found to be every bit as responsive as its desktop counterpart, without sacrificing any features or options.

It’s been a while since I considered myself a newbie, but I think it’s important to mention that the straightforward layout and uncomplicated design of the site might make it extra appealing to newcomers. It’s easy to see how some of the bigger, broader, more complex alternatives could easily be overwhelming. So that’s another point in favour of Yay Bingo!

Games

As you’ve probably guessed, Yay Bingo is all about the bingo! That doesn’t mean it has nothing to offer slot players too, but this site is more about specialising in a couple of game categories than trying to cater to the needs of everybody out there.

The lobby is easy to navigate, with simple tabs and a smooth scroll, but it does lack filters. It’s great being able to view only ‘new’ or ‘popular’ slots, but I can’t help feeling that it would be an improvement if Yay Bingo had included the option to filter games by developer, and maybe a separate ‘Slingo’ category. That said, Yay Bingo compensates by including a very responsive search bar.

Bingo

The 16-room bingo lobby was the first place I headed when it came time to check out Yay Bingo, and I was not disappointed.

The first thing I noticed was that 4 out of the 16 available rooms are free to play, including a free ‘Magic Mondays’ room with a generous £1,000 jackpot. It seems that Yay Bingo has plenty to offer players on a budget.

Generally, Yay Bingo offers up a fairly typical range of 90-ball, 75-ball and 52-ball games, and the rooms are steady but not too crowded, usually attracting less than 100 players to the most regular games.

The ‘On the Go’ lobby section includes 6 games with fairly low ticket prices, which can occasionally accumulate very hefty progressive jackpots. Ticket prices here are just 5p.

The ‘Kaching’ room has a guaranteed jackpot worth £35, and there’s also a ‘Mystery Jackpot' game which runs frequently and grants wins of up to £500.

The ‘Gobsmacked’ bingo room offers free spins rather than cash prizes, and the ‘Ace Club Big Bang’ room has a massive £10k jackpot, but you’ll need to progress through the loyalty programme to get invited to the latter—more on this below.

Needless to say, jackpot-loving bingo fans will feel right at home here!

Slots

There are in the region of 500 slot games at Yay Bingo, which might not be the most expansive list, but it should be more than enough to satisfy most players, particularly if their main focus is bingo and they tend just to dabble in slots.

Amongst those available were games from some top developers such as Microgaming, NetEnt, Barcrest and Eyecon. You’re likely to spot a few familiar classics like Rainbow Riches as well as some TV/Movie-themed slots like Tomb Raider and Jurassic World, all mixed in with some new releases.

Personally, even as someone who is first and foremost a slot player, I found there to be enough choice at Yay Bingo to satisfy my needs.

Other Games

Some players like sites with a broad range but, whilst variety is great, there’s something to be said for the more niche, specialist sites too. I mention this because Yay Bingo belongs in the second of these categories.

The website doesn’t feature a sportsbook or casino section, and it doesn’t offer any live games. The lack of blackjack, roulette and other table games is likely to dissuade some players, but the quality of the bonuses and the games that are on offer mean that die-hard bingo lovers and dedicated slot fans like myself won’t be put off!

Despite not offering casino games, Yay Bingo does offer plenty of Slingo. You’ll find all sorts of Slingo, including popular themed games such as Britain’s Got Talent and Deal or No Deal.

Promotions & Rewards

Whilst welcome bonuses can change quite frequently, those offered by Yay Bingo are, by all accounts, pretty generous. If you’re just joining the site, you can expect a bundle of bingo tickets and free spins after making your first deposit. Remember, these come with no wagering requirements at all.

In terms of ongoing bonuses, Yay Bingo also impresses. In fact, it offers a new offer every day, so there will always be a chance to claim some free spins or bingo tickets.

Yay Bingo doesn't seem to have any cashback programmes, and this may be a disappointment to some. However, for regular players like myself, the value of a daily promo with no wagering requirements far outweighs the benefits of cashback.

Loyalty Rewards

At the bottom of the bingo lobby page, you’ll find the ‘Ace Club’, which is essentially an exclusive range of high-jackpot weekly games that can be accessed by progressing far enough through the Yay Bingo Loyalty Programme. This is where the biggest prizes are, up to £10k, so the Loyalty Programme should provide a fairly enticing incentive for high-rollers.

It looks like Yay Bingo knows how to make both new and existing players feel valued, and I think it’s worth mentioning once again that none of their promos are subject to wagering requirements, so whatever you win is yours to keep!

Deposits & Withdrawals

  • PayPal Logo
  • Visa Logo
  • Mastercard Logo

At Yay Bingo, there are 2 types of deposit methods available—debit card and PayPal.

This limited range of payment options may be a bit of a turnoff for those who prefer Skrill and other related methods but it does remove any deposit restrictions for taking advantage of the enticing no-wagering offers.

Both deposits and withdrawals are subject to a £5 minimum, which is perfectly reasonable, and there are no withdrawal fees. I have no complaints in this regard!

Withdrawals can take a little longer than I’d like. Processing seems to take 2 days, so withdrawing to a debit card can take anywhere from 4-7 business days once the banks have taken the request. However, Mastercard does seem to fair slightly better than Visa. PayPal withdrawals also take 4-5 business days. This is on the longer side of what is acceptable, but it’s not unforgivable.

Licensing & Regulation

Despite having made quite a splash in the industry, Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited is a relatively new licence holder. They are the owner of Yay Bingo and many other sites that were previously part of the 888 Group. You’re probably aware of the 888 Group–they operate big UK casinos like William Hill and Mr Green.

In 2022, the 888 Bingo Network was sold, and Grand Battery Holdings was formed to run the 200+ sites that fell under this banner. Yay Bingo was among them. This licence changed to Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited in 2023.

They are and are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, so you can deposit with confidence at Yay Bingo and expect a top level of fairness and transparency. Their UKGC account number is 58267.

Help & Support

When selecting a bingo site, I want to know that there are real people on the other end and not a chatbot. Fortunately, Yay Bingo excels in this area.

Although the online chat function is listed as being open between 10 AM and 2 AM, I found that I got through to a real person in just 30 seconds despite the fact that I logged on at 08:30 AM. The agent was polite and engaged, and there are multiple other ways to get help if you need it.

There’s a fairly detailed FAQ section, which is easy to navigate and doesn’t involve trawling through irrelevant information to find what you need. For less urgent matters, an agent will respond to your email in under 48 hours. Yay Bingo even has a UK freephone number, which is going above and beyond what is offered by some of its competitors.

In terms of customer service, it seems only fair to award Yay Bingo full marks!
