Many of you may know Paddy Power as a sports betting site that focuses on casino games such as online slots and table games. However, this expanded to bingo in 2006 as Paddy Power Bingo was launched to the delight of all bingo players. Finally, the focus was on bingo so you could play to your heart's content.

Design

Whatever bingo you are looking for, you'll be able to find it here! As you open up Paddy Power Bingo, you'll notice that the traditional green colour has a pink tinge to soften up the site a lot more. At the top of the page, you'll find various tabs including 'Promotions', 'Bingo Games', 'Bingo Lobby', 'Slots' and many other menus you may need.

Underneath the highlighted promotion bar, you'll find a list of bingo games about to start followed by 'Recently Played', 'Trending this Week' and a selection of online slots, Slingo games, scratchcards and bingo rooms.

When the bingo lobby opens up, you'll find a familiar colour scheme from the homepage with pinks and greens. There are a variety of symbols highlighting the key areas of gameplay and they are simple but effective. Let's just say you won't be blown away by the design, but you'll definitely be able to find everything you need to.

Usability

As previously mentioned, Paddy Power Bingo is straightforward to follow with everything you need highlighted in a bar on the home page or at the top of the bingo lobby. The main things you'll want such as lobby and schedule at emphasised at the top of the page.

When you get into the lobby, you'll find 90 ball bingo, 75 ball bingo, 80 ball bingo, slots and specials separated, so you'll be able to find what you are in the mood food. Once you join a bingo room, you'll find the layout uncomplicated in showcasing all the statistics you may need such as prizes and how to win.

To the right of every bingo game, you'll find the chat room where you can interact with other people and see competitions hosted by the chat moderators. If you end up finding your bingo soul mate, you can even add them as your 'buddy' and privately message them.

At any moment, if you find yourself getting bored of bingo or you are waiting for a new game to start, you can find a selection of online slots just underneath the chat menu. There's even a search menu for you to navigate through, in case the game you are looking for doesn't show up.

Games

If you are looking for 90 ball bingo, 80 ball bingo, 75 ball bingo or something a little different, then you'll find it all at Paddy Power Bingo. As the software is hosted by Playtech, you'll Age of the Gods Bingo along with other branded ones such as Fluffy Favourites Bingo.

Special bingo games such as the unique Rainbow Riches Bingo with 40 balls or the Cash Cubes Bingo with 36 balls are available at Paddy Power Bingo as well. Almost all the bingo games have jackpots attached with only a select few that do not mention it. All the games let you know what special features come with the bingo games such as 1TG (1 to Go) or FT (Free Tickets) - so you can get more for your money.

In the bingo lobby, you'll find a selection of scratchcards and online slots usually developed by Eyecon or Playtech. However, you can access more online slots through Paddy Power Games or on the homepage of the bingo page. Surprisingly, Slingo isn't available in the bingo lobby but is accessible on the homepage.

All of these options have reasonable withdrawal options that should see your funds in your bank within 5 working days at least (but most of them can take up to a few hours).

Support

Like most bingo sites, you'll find that most of the questions you need answering have already been asked. That's why they are available in a handy FAQ with a search feature. However, sometimes this isn't enough and you may need to talk to a human. Thankfully, we found the online chat service was incredibly responsive and available whenever you may need it.

It feels like you are actually talking to a human and not some machine giving you a forced answer. The live chat service was excellent in our opinion. We found a telephone number through multiple sources, that seems to be the head office and should be used only if the live chat service cannot answer your question.
