Slots
I decided to begin in the ‘Slots’ category of the Casino section. For some reason, there are a few live games thrown into the mix here, but the bulk of what I found were indeed slots.
The ‘All’ tab contains a range of new titles alongside some of the most popular slots around, such as entries into the Big Bass franchise and Book of Dead. It’s advisable to use the search bar and filter tabs which are available, or else you’ll be scrolling for a long time!
Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of Egyptian theme slots matching Horus' overall motif. You'll also find other fan favourites, such as Gonzo's Quest, Jammin' Jars and Immortal Romance along with more modern slots with unique mechanics such as Hades Gigablox and Aloha! Cluster Pays.
Naturally, there's a Megaways tab with hits such as Gonzo's Quest Megaways and Fishin' Frenzy Megaways.
The Mega Moolah jackpot is available at Horus Casino along with jackpots from Yggdrasil, Playtech, iSoftBet and many others. When you open up the jackpot section, you'll be greeted by a huge selection.
The ‘New’ tab reduces the full list down to a selection of the latest offerings from providers including Nolimit, Pragmatic Play and Spinomenal. There were 166 games in this category at the time of writing, including plenty of interesting offerings. Evidently, Horus Casino takes pride in maintaining an up-to-date library.
The ‘Bonus Buy’ tab reduces the library to those games which allow players to buy their way into the bonus round. Impressively, there are 800+ games here, so fans of this feature won’t feel overlooked. Just be aware that bonus buy games are restricted in some countries.
In a nutshell, slots fans are highly unlikely to be disappointed by what Horus Casino has on offer, whether you’ve got your heart set on something particular, or are searching for your next obsession.
Other games & sports
The bulk of the library may be made up of slots, but Horus hasn’t been cutting corners elsewhere. There’s no bingo lobby, but other than that, the broader casino and sports sections are pretty well appointed.
Within the ‘Casino’ tab are others which correspond to Horus’ selections of ‘Table Games’, ‘Crash Games’, ‘Fast Games’ and ‘Live Games’.
In terms of video table games, there are hundreds of options spanning roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and more. These are generally high-quality, and come from experienced table game developers such as Evolution.
The crash games category contains a small but respectable selection. These increasingly popular offerings employ a stock trading-like mechanism, enabling players to bet on whether or not a graph line will crash. These are intended to appeal especially to cryptocurrency players.
Fast games are like instant win games in the sense that they offer a quick result with minimal effort on the player’s part. These often feature some competitive RTP rates and can come in a variety of themes and forms.
The Live Casino is fairly well equipped too. Frankly, considering the size of the library overall, I would have expected more than the 34 titles which I found. Nevertheless, the selection is high quality, and it covers the main bases.
Beyond the casino tab is the ‘Sports’ section. This is pretty much all-encompassing, with live fixtures, support for just about any sport you could possibly want to bet on, and a clean, logical interface.
Players can also access a ‘Crypto Games’ section via the vertical menu to the left of the page. These are varied but selected to appeal to crypto players, and this category overlaps quite a bit with the crash games mentioned above.
