This isn't my first time reviewing Energy. This exciting online casino has been a firm favourite with us here at NoWagering.com for quite some time, due to its fantastic game collection that spans more than 4,000 titles, as well as its variety of bonuses with little to no wagering attached.

It's been a while since I last had a good look around Energy Casino, so I was delighted when my boss asked me to take a look at this site with some fresh eyes. As I remembered, the game collection here is expansive and eclectic. You'll find all the biggest game providers supplying releases to this catalogue, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Games Global and Booming Games. There are also some smaller, more independent studios bringing quirkier games into the mix as well, like Thunderkick, Fantasma and Merkur Games.

While Energy Casino clearly has a heavy focus on slots, fans of traditional casino gaming can also enjoy a wide selection of live casino and video table games, including all your favourites, such as blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker. And for those with a competitive streak, Energy Casino offers you the chance to take part in regular tournaments, including slot competitions and live roulette contests.

Over on the promotions page, I can see a great range of bonuses for both new and existing players, and I can't wait to see what the wagering is like on these. I was also reminded of Energy Casino's fun loyalty system, the EnergyShop, where you can accrue points and trade them for things like free spins or tangible prizes, including a brand new car or iPhone 16 Pro!

When it comes to deposits and withdrawals, Energy Casino offers a good range of both traditional and modern banking options, including debit cards and eWallets like MuchBetter and Skrill.

Finally, I'm very interested to check out customer service at Energy Casino, as it's been a while since I've been in touch with the team. So, join me as I put Energy Casino under the microscope and see if this casino continues to impress me as it has done over the last few years.

Energy Casino is owned and operated by Probe Investments Limited, and currently doesn't have any sister sites. Energy Casino used also to run a separate site called Energy Bet, but this has recently closed down. Therefore, players at Energy Casino are in for a truly unique experience.

The website is clean, crisp and easy to navigate, with lots of helpful menus and buttons to help you find what you're looking for.

One thing I really like about the games lobby is that you can use the ‘Games Browser’ to select developers, types of games and even features to filter your results and discover games that suit your individual tastes.

You can also jump from ‘Slots’ to ‘Live Casino’ to ‘Tournaments’ and the EnergyShop using the various menu items. There's also a button that lets you download the native app to your device, if you so wish.

Available for both Apple and Android devices, I found the app to offer a seamless experience that is just as good as using the desktop site. However, don't forget that you can also access Energy Casino via your device's internet browser, as the site has been optimised to work on your mobile phone or tablet perfectly.

Now we get to the fun part - taking a good look at Energy Casino's game catalogue! There is a clear focus on slots at this online casino, and you'll find around 70 different game providers bringing their titles to this collection.

You can filter the games by features, including ‘Best Slots’, ‘Jackpot Slots’, ‘BF Daily Jackpots’, ‘Megaways’ and ‘Bonus Buys’. I would have liked to have seen a few more categories on offer, such as the various slot themes, but you can't have everything, and what is there is very helpful indeed.

With over 4,000 games in its arsenal, there's an awful lot to explore at Energy Casino. Of course, the easiest way to find what you're looking for is to jump to the search function. A nice touch from the team behind Energy Casino is that they give you some various prompts that may help you narrow down your search, including ‘book’, ‘fruit’, ‘joker’ and ‘bass’. This is a great way to help you if you want to discover something new.

Energy Casino also offers you the chance to play all of its games in demo mode, meaning that you don't have to part with any of your hard-earned cash before you decide if you like a game or not. My advice is always to spin the reels a few times in a demo mode to see if you like the game before switching it to the real money option, which is made easy with a sliding button at the top of the game.

Looking around, I can see a lot of my favourite classic games, including Book of Ra, Day of the Dinero, and the latest releases from the Money Train series.

If you're a fan of Megaways and jackpot slots, Energy Casino has got you covered. A quick search of ‘Megaways’ revealed a huge selection spanning multiple genres, including popular titles such as Fishin’ Frenzy, Buffalo King and Mystery Reels Megaways.

As mentioned, there are plenty of genres to choose from at Energy Casino, and if you're like me, you'll be delighted with the extensive range of classic Vegas-style fruit machines. Other popular categories you can dive into include gems, Norse and Greek mythology, action-adventure and even music tribute slots.

Moving away from slots, there is a dedicated live casino section at Energy where you'll find a huge variety of live dealer versions of roulette, baccarat, poker, blackjack, sic bo and craps.

Game shows are definitely one of the hottest trends of late, and you'll find a great selection of these types of games at Energy Casino. Some of my favourites include Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Dice City.

However, what I was truly impressed by was the small but concise collection of live slot shows. These releases are at the very cutting edge of real-money gaming at the moment, so I was delighted to see a handful of titles, such as Treasure Island and Gonzo's Treasure Map included in the collection. This tells me that the clever minds behind Energy Casino update the catalogue regularly with the hottest new releases.

All in all, Energy Casino's game catalogue is a beautifully curated collection that offers a ton of variety that caters to every type of gaming taste. In fact, I'd be very surprised if anyone didn't find something to enjoy at Energy Casino!

Promotions & Rewards

One thing I was particularly interested in looking at during my latest review of Energy Casino was the promotions on offer. Energy Casino has been one of our favourite online casinos throughout the years because they have a history of offering bonuses with no wagering attached.

As soon as I opened the promotions page, I could see at least 9 different offers, including a generous welcome package. There's a great selection here that will cater to various types of players, including the chance for free spins, reload bonuses and the fun Game of the Week promo where you can win EnergyPoints.

There's also a separate welcome offer for live casino enthusiasts, which is a very nice alternative if you like your traditional casino fare.

Accruing EnergyPoints is Energy's answer to a loyalty program, and you can redeem your points at the EnergyShop for cash prizes, free spins and even tangible prizes.

Energy Casino offers a good selection of bonus deals, including time-sensitive and seasonal promos. At the time of writing, there's a chance to pick up EnergyChests. The site itself describes these as ‘digital piñatas, offering a whirlwind of excitement and mystery’.

You can log into your account and open an EnergyChest for free, and you could find free spins, EnergyPoints or other treats inside.

Now the part that I've been waiting for - looking at the wagering requirements. At present, the Sunday Supreme promo comes with zero wagering attached, while the Payday Special reload bonus comes with very low wagering of just 20x.

I'm delighted to see that Energy Casino has continued to look out for its players and offers a wide selection of offers with little to no wagering.

Game of the Week

Earn twice as many EnergyPoints when you play the Game of the Week. This promo runs each week between 12:00 on Monday & 23:59 (CEST) on Sunday. During this period, your stakes on qualifying games will generate EnergyPoints at a rate of 40%.

For example, for every €/$100 staked, 40 EnergyPoints are accumulated. The EnergyPoints you earn can be converted to cash or exchanged for Free Spins or tangible items at the EnergyShop.

Energy Points

Earn EnergyPoints by playing games, and then redeem your points for cash prizes or EnergySpins (free spins). Each €5 wagered earns 1 point, with 100 points converting to €1 in cash.

It seems that another area where Energy Casino is focused on offering variety is with banking options.

You can choose from a wide range of traditional and modern payment methods, including debit cards, eWallets and other clever systems, such as Cash to Code and Paysafecard.

Both the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set at 10€, which is very fair indeed. However, there's a bit of a cheeky caveat when it comes to withdrawals. The first withdrawal of the week is free, but after that, there is a €5 fee attached. I'm not very keen on this condition, but it's easily avoided if you just withdraw once a week.

Most payment methods take up to 5 working days to be processed, but eWallets can offer withdrawals in as little as 24 hours, as long as your KYC documents are all up to date.

Licensing & Regulation

Energy Casino is owned and operated by Probe Investments Limited, which is registered in Malta. But Probe Investment Limited is also licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39325.

Help & Support

Energy Casino doesn't have an official FAQ page or help centre, and I was quite surprised to see that there isn't even a ‘Contact Us’ button. That said, Energy Casino does have a live chat feature, which is available during the following hours:

  • Fri 09:00 - 00:00 CET
  • Sat - Sun - 13:00 - 21:00 CET

There's also an email address for less urgent inquiries, but I had to look for this on Google, as it is not evident on Energy Casino's website itself.

I must admit, I wasn't overly impressed with the live chat feature. I had to fill in some personal information and then write a message detailing my query, after which, I received an automated response that told me that someone would get back to me via email.

This is a little odd, as I contacted them within the customer care opening hours, so I was expecting to be put through to an agent. That said, I did receive a response in a good time, but I feel that Energy Casino could definitely improve on their customer support a touch and make it easier to speak to a real person quickly.
