Launched in 2024, Shiny Wilds is a brand-spanking new casino from HNA Gaming B.V. So far, Shiny Wilds stands alone as the only casino on HNA Gaming B.V.'s books, but I imagine with the success of this new platform, it won't be long before we see some sister sites on the horizon as well.

Shiny Wilds is a very modern, chic and striking site. The colour scheme is a very luxurious deep purple and blue, and some of you may know what I mean when I say it looks like a Dairy Milk chocolate bar! The site is incredibly easy to use, and you can jump to various areas such as ‘Casino’, ‘Promotions’, ‘Loyalty’ and ‘VIP’ by using the handy tabs displayed.

It's clear to me even after a minute that this is a very intuitive website, and it's a joy to use. Within the ‘Casino’ section, you can jump to various types of games that include slots, live casino and even ‘Bonus Buys’ where you can select games that come with buy-in features. There are also ‘New’ and ‘Popular’ tabs as well, which I can't wait to get stuck into.

Over on the ‘Promotions’ page, I can see a generous welcome offer, as well as the chance to ‘chase your rewards’ and a Drops&Wins promo from Pragmatic Play. There is a separate tab for the ‘Loyalty’ and ‘VIP’ programs – the former of which is a 12-step tiered system and the latter is an elite invitation-only experience.

When it comes to banking, as a hybrid site, Shiny Wilds offers a wealth of payment methods that include traditional fiat options, such as credit and debit cards, eWallets and voucher systems, or uber-modern cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. Shiny Wilds itself says that it ‘guarantees swift and secure withdrawals with leading payment methods, ensuring smooth transactions’. I'll be putting this to the test a little later on, but so far I'm incredibly impressed by what I've seen.

So is Shiny Wilds our favourite new no wagering casino, or is it just a visually pleasing platform that relies on its appearance rather than its content? Let's find out.

Platform & Software

Shiny Wilds runs on AMG Gaming Group’s software, meaning it is a white-label casino. As a white label, it may look similar to other AMG sites, but with the backing of this prominent software company, Shiny Wilds promises big-name game providers, as well as top-tier payment solutions and high-end security for its players.

Looking around the casino, I can't help but think that AMG lives up to its claims – when they said that they worked with some of the best game providers in the world, they weren't lying!

There are almost 90 different developers supplying games to this site, including household names like NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Betsoft and Novomatic. There are also some quirkier, more independent studios, such as Nolimit City, who bring a bit of an edgier feel to the site.

The Shiny Wilds site is beautifully designed, with a clean, crisp interface and beautifully sharp graphics. The design is simple yet eye-catching, with the purple, blue and white colour scheme, and jumping from the casino games section to other important areas such as the loyalty program or your account is a piece of cake.

Shiny Wilds does not have a native app to download, but if you've ever read any of my reviews before, you'll know that I never see this as a problem. With over 5,000 games in its arsenal, it would be too difficult for this casino to reduce the collection down to put into an app so, quite logically, they haven’t tried. I used the mobile-optimised site myself on my Android phone, and I can tell you that it works seamlessly.

Slots

The first thing I do when any site has both a ‘Popular’ and ‘New’ tab is to check that these areas are not full of the same games. This is something I've noticed at a few casino sites, and I always think this is a sign of laziness. However, Shiny Wilds has not duplicated any titles across these two sections, and you'll find some true fan favourites in the ‘Popular’ section, such as Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza and Fire in the Hole. While over in the ‘New’ section, you'll see some fun, fresh titles including Penguin Party, Super Twins and Blood and Shadow, too.

Staying in the ‘New’ section, it's not just slots here. You'll also find some live table games that have been added as well, including some new versions of baccarat and blackjack. One thing I really like about how the games are presented is that the volatility is displayed underneath the thumbnail for slots, and the RTP is displayed for table games.

On the subject of volatility, there is also a dedicated section where you can choose ‘High Volatility’ games. These include Karen Maneater by No Limit City, Chaos Crew by Hacksaw Gaming and Wild Walker by Pragmatic Play. I also noticed that in the game provider filter next to the search bar, you can also filter titles by their volatility. This is a great touch by Shiny Wilds, as a lot of players have their own preferences when it comes to this function. Most people believe that high volatility is the only way to go, but perhaps you like the more frequent payouts that come with a lower-volatility game, so it’s great to have this choice.

Moving on to the ‘Bonus Buys’ section, this is another fun dedicated area of the site where you can play games that feature buy-ins. Bonus buys are becoming more and more popular, so it's nice to see a modern casino get ahead of the trend and offer an entire section for these types of releases.

Finally, when it comes to Megaways, you'll be spoiled for choice at Shiny Wilds. A quick click on the ‘Megaways’ button and I can already see some of the biggest games at the moment, including Buffalo King Megaways Madame Destiny Megaways, Chilli Heat Megaways and Big Bass Bonanza Megaways.

Live casino & other games

In the ‘Live’ section, most games are provided by Pragmatic Play and Evolution, meaning that you have a great selection of the most popular live casino tables and game shows found anywhere.

There are tons of blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables to sit down at, as well as game shows such as Funky Time, Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Monopoly Big Baller Live. There's also live craps and various versions of poker to play with real-life dealers.

You'll also find some first-person versions of some of the most popular games, but I couldn't find many video options, which is a little bit of a shame, but hardly the crime of the century.

Promotions & Rewards

When it comes to promotions, Shiny Wilds offers a very generous welcome package as well as a rewards program and a Drops&Wins promo, which is a tournament running until March 2025.

Although it's great to see a welcome offer that includes no wagering free spins, I really would have liked more from the promotions page. The loyalty program is great, but it's not exactly a promotion. The same goes for Drops&Wins, which is a staple tournament at most casinos that work with Pragmatic Play.

That said, this is a very new casino, and the promo page may well see some additions in the coming weeks or months.

VIP Treatment

Get the VIP treatment at Shiny Wilds with this invitation-only program. If you’re lucky enough to be selected, you’ll be in for a ton of treats, like higher withdrawal limits, a personal account manager, bespoke bonuses and even birthday treats!

The Wilds Hunt loyalty program

Chase your rewards with the Wilds Hunt loyalty program. This 12-step program lets you climb the levels and collect rewards along the way. Unlock up to 200 free spins and 25% cashback as you ascend the levels.

Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Paysafecard Logo
  • Neteller Logo
  • Visa Logo
  • Mastercard Logo
  • Interac Logo
  • Instant Bank Transfer / Open Banking Logo
  • Revolut Logo

The area where Shiny Wilds impressed me the most is with its banking options. As a hybrid site, players at Shiny Wilds can choose from a wide range of payment options, including debit and credit cards, eWallets, vouchers and a range of cryptocurrencies.

The minimum deposit is just €/$10 while the minimum withdrawal is €/$20. Withdrawals can be processed in as little as 24 hours, so as long as your KYC documents are all in order, there's no reason why you can't see your winnings within the same day.

The maximum withdrawal is a very generous €/$50,000 per week, and all deposits are instant and free.

While Shiny Wilds doesn't impose any fees on withdrawals, you may be subject to a small commission, depending on which payment method you use.

Licensing & Regulation

Shiny Wilds is owned and operated by HNA Gaming B.V., which holds a licence in Curacao. Casinos with a Curacao licence offer high levels of player protection so that you know your personal and financial details are kept safe.

As a hybrid casino, Shiny Wilds can offer crypto, but be aware that it also has KYC and AML policies in place to protect its players.

Help & Support

At first, I found it strange that I couldn't locate either an FAQ page or an email address for customer support. However, everything you need in terms of help and assistance can be found via the live chat icon which is ever-present in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

When you open it, you can ‘search for help’, which is effectively the FAQ section, where you’ll find answers to typical queries. Alternatively, you can speak to an agent by simply clicking a button, therefore negating the need for an email address.

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's having to go through chatbots and enter endless information about yourself or your account before being able to speak to a person. Thankfully, Shiny Wilds’ live chat is extremely quick and efficient and you don't have to enter any details whatsoever.

I spoke with an agent and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be connected, after which, my queries were dealt with swiftly by a professional and friendly customer service staff member.
