Jackpot.com launched in 2016 as a lottery-based site – a single destination for playing worldwide big-money lotteries online. They later branched out into scratchcards and slots, before becoming a full-blown casino, complete with a live casino section for high-definition, real-time casino action. So, I was intrigued to get started reviewing Jackpot.com, to see how this casino stands up against the competition.

Beyond the line-up of lotteries, which covers every conceivable major draw (and even some I hadn’t heard of before), there’s plenty here to convince me this is a casino worth exploring further.

Powered by Playtech, there’s a very decent collection of slots on the inside, including progressive jackpot slots for those seeking a big money win. Casino games are well served too, as are live casino, with a comprehensive selection of the best Playtech live streaming games.

If there is one area where this site falls down a bit, it’s the diversity of game providers. This is a Playtech-only environment, which is fine – it’s just that Jackpot.com suffers a bit from lack of access to games from a wider range of developers. Some are available, but not in significant numbers.

On balance however, Jackpot.com does enough to be worth exploring for the casino side alone, and when you factor it in as a destination for lotteries and scratchcards too, it’s a casino you should investigate further for yourself.

Jackpot.com is powered by Playtech, a leading name in casino and slots development. The website is easy to navigate, so there’s never any difficulty finding the games you want, the account functions you need or the latest promotions and rewards.

The design is basic but highly functional, and I was pleased to see the desktop version experience replicated on mobile devices. While it lacks a certain pizazz, it’s hard to be too critical here – the casino side works well, and everything you need is where you’d expect it to be. So, in terms of platform and software, this is a solid performer.

Games

Compared to other online casinos, the selection of games feels a little limited to me – maybe that’s overly critical, but experienced players might want something more.

However, new players, or those unfamiliar with the Playtech catalogue will still be in their element. There are hundreds of different slots here, including some tasty progressive jackpot games, with incredible wins on the line for lucky players.

The Playtech theme is predominate throughout the site, with all casino and live casino games drawn from the Playtech line-up. The live casino section in particular is pretty good, with a selection of variations of your favourite casino table game classics, alongside the likes of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and other TV and game show-inspired games.

As you might expect Jackpots are very much the theme that binds Jackpot.com games together, so expect an emphasis on progressive games, and the big money lotteries that give this site its name. All the games featured are high quality, well-designed, entertaining and fun to play.

The main selling point, games-wise, is still the lotteries, scratchcards and instant wins, which is what made Jackpot.com famous in the first place. It’s not far off being a great site, but a few more game developers and a larger selection could work wonders here.

Promotions & Rewards

Promotions can be found in your account, tailored specifically to you. I was served with a collection of giveaways, prize draws and tournaments, rather than traditional casino bonuses.

Tournaments seem to be given the most prominence, offering the chance to win cash prizes. There are also quizzes and competitions, along with some promotions for lottery play.

Jackpot Daily

Spend just £8 and you can pick up 5 JackpotMillions + 10 JackpotLotto bets to be in with a chance of landing one of those big jackpot wins.

Quizzes & Tournaments

Take part in the twice-weekly live quiz, every Tuesday and Thursday. There’s a prize fund of $200,000 available, with winners sharing the prize money every week. Test your knowledge to see if you could be a winner.

Drops & Wins Tournament

£255,000 each week is available in the prize fund for the Drops & Wins tournament at Jackpot.com, with up to £35,000 available in daily cash drops on selected slots. Triggered at random, you must be playing these games to be in with a chance of winning.

The minimum deposit is £5 – the same as the minimum withdrawal. Deposits can be made through a range of payment methods, including debit card, Neteller, Skrill, PayPal, bank transfer, Trustly and a few others.

Withdrawal options are more limited, with pay-outs only available through debit card, bank transfer or Much Better. Withdrawal timeframes are also a little longer than you’d like to see as standard, with 1-3 days typical across the board – even for fast bank transfers. In reality, payments tend to be processed quicker, but this is far from the quickest I’ve seen when it comes to paying out on withdrawals.

I think most players will find this a good selection of payment methods, with acceptable withdrawal minimums and fair withdrawal timeframes. The maximum £1,000 withdrawal at a time could be annoying if you win big playing here – you’d need to split your winnings into multiple withdrawals and wait to withdraw accordingly.

Licensing & Regulation

Jackpot.com Casino is owned and operated by Lottomatrix Operations Ltd, which holds a full licence from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), one of the world’s most respected gambling regulators. This means they are governed by and operating within UK law, which is the bare minimum you’d expect from any recommended online casino. In order to retain their licence, Jackpot.com is subject to the rigorous compliance regime set out by the UKGC, ensuring a fair and level playing field for players.

Help & Support

Support – email, chat and phone support – is available every day during selected hours (10am-10pm). Support staff seem knowledgeable and helpful, and there’s also a decent FAQs section to help answer your questions as a first port of call. Social media users can also get in touch via Facebook Messenger.
