William Hill Casino is the official partner of the Racing League

Racing League has announced that William Hill Casino will be the official betting partner for the 2022 competition and this is the second Royal League event since being founded in 2021.

The event will be on the 4th of August taking place at Doncaster Racecourse and will see teams of racehorse trainers and jockeys representing seven regions across Great Britain competing in six fixtures.

Over 42 races taking place

The Racing League will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing and ITV Racing this August with 42 races taking place with teams being scored on a points basis depending on their final position.

Lucky winners can gain over £2m in prize money and the champions include the top team as well as the jockey that gains the most points throughout the event.

“Excited to be involved in Racing League,” says William Hill

William Hill Sponsorship and UK Creative Director of Media Liam McKee said: “The innovative and unique concept of Racing League has always appealed to us at William Hill and, with the planned changes to the 2022 format, we’re excited to be involved in Racing League once again.”

Racing League CEO Jeremy Wray added: “We took in a huge amount of feedback following the inaugural running of Racing League in 2021, and have been keen to add several innovations into this year’s competition.”

“In total, 125 trainers have signed up to take part, in regional teams this year, which we hope will create a competition that is equally as compelling for racing fans and punters. William Hill is, of course, a well-known and longtime supporter of racing in this country, and we are delighted to welcome them back to Racing League.”

"We look forward to working together in promoting both their brand, as well as our competition to racing fans and their customer base alike.”
