Scientific Games changes name to Light & Wonder
SG Digital has rebranded as Light & Wonder
Scientific Games, also known as SG Digital, has announced that they will be transforming into Light & Wonder and will no longer be doing business until Scientific Games.
Light & Wonder will be a game company that focuses on creating great games to deliver a seamless experience across all of its available platforms.
What is Light & Wonder?
They will be taking a cross-platform approach to bring game franchises to players anywhere in the world and at any time. Light & Wonder will have land-based casinos, online and mobile in both real money and free-to-play social games. Popular franchises owned by SG Digital such as Rainbow Riches and Monopoly will be included in the cross-platform.
The company has many a series of strategic moves over the past few months to transform itself into the leading cross-platform global game company. Light & Wonder is born from the strategic vision and input from key stakeholders.

Legal change completed in Spring 2022

Light & Wonder will have a new website featuring iGaming and land-based casino products available at lwn.com. They will operate under an assumed name until a legal chance is completed in Spring 2022.
